CJC-1295 without DAC is synthetic analog of Growth Hormone Releasing Factor (GRF) also known as Growth Hormone Releasing Hormone (GHRH). It is a Growth Hormone Secretagogue (GHS) which means it stimulates the secretion of growth hormone.CJC-1295 no DAC on the other hand is composed of 30 amino acid chains with a molecular weight of 3,3367.2g/mol. Its main mechanism of action mimics the action of GRF/GHRH and stimulate the production of GH. Due to its ability to conjugate or bind with albumin, it counteracts the proteolytic effect of Dipeptidyl Amino Peptidase-IV (DPP-IV) and has a longer half-life.
